Announcement from the Board Chair

Dear Members of the McCormick Care Group Community,

After nearly 24 years as CEO of the McCormick Care Group, Steve Crawford has announced that he is planning to retire in the summer of 2024. Steve is an extraordinary leader who has tirelessly dedicated himself to our organization. We have been fortunate to benefit from Steve’s leadership through some of our most significant milestones since he began working with us in March 2000.  We will miss his professionalism and his special ability to form genuine connections with others in his most unassuming and lighthearted way.

The McCormick Care Group Board of Directors will now begin working closely with a professional executive search firm to find a new CEO.

We are grateful to Steve for providing us with a generous notice period that enables us to find the best possible candidate for our CEO position. We are confident that this transition will be a seamless one with no interruptions to our care or administrative operations, and are grateful for your continued support.
