In order to enhance our internal research capacity, we are:

• Exploring the establishment of a research support office to assist with data collection, to monitor notification of upcoming grants and conferences, and to help with the submission of abstracts
• Engaging other research and knowledge mobilization resources as required, including research assistants, statisticians, and librarians
• Planning for more space for students and researchers
• Identifying short- and long-term funding sources that reflect our intent to progress from funding and participating in research projects to implementing evidenced-informed care
