We know that a person living with dementia is not their diagnosis, but it can be hard not to lose sight of all they are and have been, or to know them at all, if just meeting for the first time. During this webinar, you will learn about tips, tools and resources to help you strengthen supportive relationships, identify ways to build on needs, interests, skills and abilities and self-advocate when it matters most.
