McCormick Care Group – Home Update

We are writing to advise you that we are introducing a family portal within McCormick Home as a way to keep residents, families and friends connected.

The family portal will allow you to see photos and videos and view calendars and other reports. It will also allow you to share these with select family members and friends. Please see the link below for other features of the family portal.

The family portal is offered through ActivityPro, an application software that is cloud-based. If you are interested in using this application, we just need your email address. You can email Ruth-Anne Durocher at rdurocher@mccormickcare.ca or call her at 519-432-2648 ext. 2372 if you want to get access to the portal or have any questions.
