McCormick Dementia Services provides innovative dementia day and overnight respite programs that allow our clients and their families to experience quality of life while remaining in the community.

Founded as Alzheimer Outreach Services of McCormick Home, McCormick Dementia Services provides person-centred care to clients and their care partners.

Critical Support

Our specialized programs recognize the critical need for care partners support in the continuum of care and are accessible to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. We provide strategies, counselling, support groups and ongoing education to help maintain quality of life for those living with dementia and their care partners.

Trusted Support

Both our day and overnight respite programs are delivered by expert staff and dedicated volunteers. Our day program is the largest of its kind in Ontario and is accredited with Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada for its delivery of quality, safe and efficient health care.

Relevant Support

We provide accurate and relevant dementia information to our community members and their families to ensure a greater understanding of dementia and its specialized care.
