Memory Lane

Recognizing that the care needs of people with dementia can change, McCormick Home also offers specialized care and accommodations for those living in the advanced stages of dementia. Our Memory Lane home area is specially designed to provide enhanced dementia care within a safe and controlled-access environment.

Our nursing and support staff on Memory Lane are particularly experienced in caring for those with higher-level needs, and provide a comforting and supportive environment that enables residents to exercise their cognitive and motor skills through a specially designed life enrichment program.

As with our general admissions process to the home, admissions to Memory Lane are also administered through Southwest Local Health Integration Network Home and Community Care.
