We are extremely pleased to announce that Ms. Lynn Mellows is the new administrator at McCormick Home. Lynn’s first day with us was on June 1, 2022.

As an experienced long-term care professional, Lynn brings more than 25 years of experience in long-term care to our organization.  Lynn most recently served for 15 years as executive director at McGarrell Place in London, Ontario.  Prior to that, Lynn served as executive director at Hillside Manor in Stratford.

Lynn and her team at McGarrell Place successfully introduced London’s first Behavioural Support Transitional Unit, providing a higher level of care and support for up to 29 residents living with responsive behaviours in long-term care.

Lynn’s impressive experience will position us well as we begin to emerge from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.  We know that under Lynn’s capable leadership, we will continue to demonstrate our commitment to offering care of the highest quality to our residents and families and reinvigorate our stride toward achieving our goals in dementia leadership.

We are delighted to have Lynn join us and know that with Lynn’s extensive background, expertise and personable approach, she will be an ideal addition to our McCormick Care Group team.
