Using Your B.R.A.I.N. to Make Decisions
Join us for a healthy living workshop to help you develop personal strategies for making informed health-related decisions. This workshop is intended for everyone, including care partners and clients, who must make health-related decisions for themselves or others. Participants will be introduced to the B.R.A.I.N. worksheet, which will guide them in exploring the Benefits, Risks, Alternatives, Personal Intuition, and Next steps involved in complex and challenging decisions.
