We are pleased to share an in-depth look at our founding as the Women’s Christian Association in 1874 and the compelling history that followed.  You are invited to take your time to review four presentations that outline our history from 1874 to 1999.

Many courageous, pioneering women worked together to assist the most impoverished and forgotten in our society. The impact of their efforts resonates in our work today as we focus on improving the quality of life for those living with a dementia diagnosis.

I encourage you to view the acknowledgements at the end of the presentations, as it was largely the efforts of a number of authors, researchers and reporters over the years that proved invaluable to this project.
